Professional Background
With more than 20 years as a paralegal—primarily in Family Law, Domestic Violence, Civil Harassment, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Adult Adoptions, Stepparent Adoptions, Name Changes, URESA and RURESA issues, QDROs, Custody Warrants and Related Petitions/OSCs to Appear in Court With the Child, as well as several years tangentially doing enforcements of judgment and bankruptcy—Christopher has supported attorneys across a wide range of legal settings, including preparation of documents and motions in those areas, points and authorities, trial briefs, hands-on trial preparation and participation, document and evidence management, and case strategy support. Christopher, also, has related and peripheral experience in Civil TROs and Preliminary Injunctions related to property, Joinder Motions, Set-Asides, Change of Venue and Transfer of Jurisdiction Motions, Complex Discovery Issues and Motions, Demurrers and General Motions Strike, Special Motions to Strike (Anti-SLAPP Motions), Sister-State Judgments, and Set-Off Motions.
Christopher also served as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Stanford University’s Office of General Counsel (OGC), where he supported seven attorneys who practiced across a broad spectrum of complex areas including:
